A job. You pay nothing: there is no fee to apply, train or join. You join relai as a Sales Expert trainee and are paid a stipend from the first month. The first three months include structured training; from month four you are a full-time Sales Expert on salary, if you clear each monthly review.
Three months: one month of classroom training, one month on the job, and one month of live field experience.
The next batch of trainees joins in October. After that, we hire 20 trainees every six weeks. Apply any time and we will consider you for the next joining date.

Six days a week, Wednesday to Monday, with Tuesday off. Saturday and Sunday are working days, because that is when most home buyers are free to meet.
You apply online with a short questionnaire and your resume, and a video resume if we ask for one. Shortlisted applicants have an HR screening call and an assessment, an interview with our teams that may include a group discussion, and a final round with leadership.
A stipend every month. It starts from ₹10,000 a month for graduates and from ₹15,000 a month for applicants with an MBA, a master's degree or prior experience.
